This tall and quite heavy clear studio glass vase was blown and handmade in Devon at Teign Valley Glass by Richard Glass and his team. It's really unusual in that although mostly clear it has greyish, silver and blue highlights rolled into it so it sort of sparkles. The glassworks was collaborating on new designs with outside glassblowers and this piece is part of that collaboration. It will look fabulous on a shelf in the light or holding a big bunch of grasses or flowers as seen in one of the images attached. It was not signed when Caroline Salmon of WOW picked it up from House of Marbles in 2022 - he just forgot to do it - on reflection a signature might have spoiled the clearness of the piece, but I can assure you it came from the studio at House of Marbles. This heavy vase is great for very large bouquets of flowers as shown - the large leaves are Tree Peony which are pretty big!
