Green Shadows  was Inspired by a break in the Lime tees at Denbies Vineyard, this image of a almost silhouetted trees against the vines was created from a simple sugar-lift painting on a metal plate, which was then aquatinted to create different variants of depth of colour by successive burns in the acid, and inked in various green inks.

Wow offers artists colour proofs of a darker shadowed image which was exhibited at the RA in 1994 where the print run of 30 was sold out. The colour proofs are lighter than the original exhibited one, 5 are in stock but each are different variants of the green image.

They are printed on torn edged paper and individually printed on cream paper.  On printing the etched plate left an indent in the damp paper which measures 14.5cm high and 19.5cm across.

They are sold as an unframed prints, wrapped in cellophane, so yenabling the purchaser to chose how to frame it.
