This heritage piece was made in porcelain in London by Phylis Dupuy probably around 2010. She is now better known as a portrait painter, but this "second" was made when she was a full time potter. It is a very delicate pale blue (with "rabbit hair patterns caused by the running glaze) on the outside and more turquoise on the inside.
You can see from the base that the glaze ran and the piece was broken from the kiln shelf and ground by the potter hence its price. It is about 14cm tall and the lip is 12.5cm in diameter and perfect might have been £120.
