Love II Recumbent Nude in black on cream paper - Etching by Caroline Salmon - Ed of 10

The Love series of etchings were life drawings made in conte crayon directly onto the plate. Love II in black on creamy white is a recumbent Nude. It is an Edition of 18. The plate is 14cm x 17.5cm

They were individually printed on rich cream paper with hand torn paper edges.  On printing the etched plate left an indent in the damp paper which measures 15cm high and 10cm across.

Prints are sold unframed print wrapped in cellophane, allowing the purchaser to frame as they desire.
